What does this mean for you?

Bank Hours and Drive-thru

  • Our lobby will close at 4:30PM on Friday 5/9.
  • The drive-thru will be open with limited availability until 6PM on Friday, 5/9 and from 9AM-12PM on Saturday, 5/10.
  • We will reopen on Monday 5/12 with a normal schedule.

Debit Cards

  • Your debit card will work as it normally does over a weekend.

ITMs and ATMs

  • All bank ITMs and ATMs will be offline by noon Friday 5/9. Service should be restored by mid-day Monday 5/12.
  • If you withdraw cash using an ATM outside of the WB&T network, we will reimburse you for any fees incurred.*

Online & Mobile Banking

  • Online and mobile banking will be unavailable from 5:30PM. Friday 5/9 until early Monday morning 5/12. This includes funds transfers, mobile deposit, bill pay and eStatements. Balances and transactions will be current as of Friday 5/9, until systems are restored.

Customer Care Center

  • Our Customer Care Center will be available during normal business hours and will have access to account information, transactions, etc. as of Friday, 5/9.

*Bring your receipt to the branch by June 1, 2025 to receive a refund.
